What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access or use our Services. "Personal Data" means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as "personally identifiable information" or "personal information" under applicable data privacy laws, rules or regulations.
Note: This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we don't own or control or people we don't manage.
Personal Data
We collect Personal Data to provide you with our AI-powered productivity services, including our voice dictation keyboard for Windows, macOS, and iOS. On desktop, hold a hotkey (Option on Mac, Right Alt on Windows), speak naturally, and Infina transcribes, cleans, and formats your text directly into any app. On iOS, use the Infina keyboard and tap the dictation button to speak. On desktop, we also offer voice action (AI-powered commands) and voice search (hands-free browsing), both currently in beta.
AI Processing: Our services use AI models to convert your speech to text (via an ASR model) and then clean and format that text (via an LLM) solely for your benefit within the app. Audio is never saved. This data is not used to train or improve generalized AI models.

Keyboard Extension & Full Access
Our iOS app includes a custom keyboard extension that provides AI-powered voice dictation. To function, the keyboard extension requires "Allow Full Access" permission in your device settings.
Why Full Access Is Required
- • iOS keyboard extensions cannot access the microphone directly
- • Full Access allows the keyboard to communicate with the main Infina app, which handles microphone access and voice processing
- • Without Full Access, voice dictation cannot function
What We Do NOT Do
- • We do not collect, store, or transmit the text you type using the keyboard
- • We do not log keystrokes or monitor your typing activity
- • We do not access passwords, credit card numbers, or other sensitive information entered in other apps
- • We do not share keyboard data with any third parties
Your control: You can revoke Full Access at any time by going to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Infina and disabling "Allow Full Access." The keyboard will still appear but voice dictation will be unavailable.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data:
Security Measures
- • AES-256 encryption of data in transit (all voice action, dictation, and search data)
- • AES-256 encryption of data at rest (all stored data including dictation history)

- • Regular security assessments and updates
- • Voice action, dictation, and search audio deleted within seconds of processing
Your Responsibility
While we strive to protect your data, please use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.

We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
