Infina.dmg. A new window will appear with the Infina app and the Applications folder.Drag the Infina icon into your Applications folder to install it.
For Windows:
Click on "Download for free" to grab the latest version.
Go to your Downloads folder and double-click
Infina-Setup.exe. The installer will guide you through the setup process.Follow the on-screen instructions to install Infina. You may need to allow the installer to make changes to your system.
Step 2: Launch Infina
Open Infina from your Applications folder. On the first run, you might see a system warning like:
"Infina was downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?"
Click Open. Infina may also ask for permissions to use your microphone or screen — go ahead and allow them.
Step 3: Grant accessibility permissions
Infina needs accessibility permissions to type in any app (Voice Dictation) and use voice action. Without this permission, these features won't work.
For macOS:
- Open System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS versions)
- Go to Privacy & Security → Accessibility
- Click the lock icon to make changes (enter your password if prompted)
- Find Infina in the list and toggle it ON
- If Infina isn't in the list, click the + button and add it manually
For Windows:
- Open Settings
- Go to Privacy & Security → Accessibility
- Find Infina in the list and toggle it ON
Why is this needed? Accessibility permissions allow Infina to:
- Type text in any app when you use Voice Dictation
- Execute actions in Slack, Linear, Email, and Google Calendar when you use Voice Action
- Interact with apps on your behalf to complete voice actions
Step 4: Sign in & connect your calendar
When prompted, sign in using your Google account.
