Infina AI offers AI-powered educational services, including Free and Pro Plans, accessible via www.infina.so . 2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for our Pro Plan - $20 USD/month under the following conditions:

  • Service Issues: If our Services experience significant outages (e.g., platform unavailable for over 24 hours) or fail to deliver core features (e.g., content processing, AI co-pilot responses), you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the affected period, subject to verification.
  • Unauthorized Charges: Charges disputed as unauthorized within 90 days of the transaction are eligible for a full refund, pending verification of your account and payment details.

Refunds do not apply to in-app purchases (e.g., additional content uploads beyond plan limits, if applicable) once consumed.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro Plan or free trial at any time:

  • Pro Plan Subscriptions: Cancel via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period (monthly). No partial refunds are provided for unused portions.
  • No Cancellation Fees: There are no fees for canceling any plan. After cancellation, you can continue using Free Plan features.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation:

  • Email contact@sbmgroupinternational.com with your account email, order number (found in your confirmation email), purchase date, and reason for the request.
  • For cancellations, you can also use your account settings.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, Google Pay, Link). We’ll notify you via email once processed.
  • For faster resolution, include all details in your initial request. If you don’t receive a response within 2 business days, check your spam folder or resend.
